The first single from Dunham Records in-house, all male, backing vocal quartet, The Sha-La-Das, conjures up the memory of a stolen first kiss - a whispered, forbidden vow of young love under the boardwalk at Coney Island. It's layered with sunny melodies that intoxicate, while the haunting undercurrent slowly pulls you in, like standing on the shoreline at dusk mid-July. The Sha La Das have been one of the secret ingredients in the recordings of the last two Charles Bradley albums (Victim of Love, Changes).
