May has featured so many good moments with music, friends & dancing. I've gotten to play some really dope spaces, so this mix is an ode to them & encapsulates sounds+vibes that I've played out: 3hr cocktail of sounds from folk to house & from Afro-Latin jazz to techno to kickstart your weekend. 

The mix is greatly inspired by Sunlightsquare's glorious "Oyelo", specifically the AtJazz remixes of this record which are sweeter than honey & really sums up what musical gatherings are all about. If you've had me play your space, know that I'm deeply grateful for your invitation. Sharing joy through music & movement is a blessing.

May has also been difficult with the situation back in Sudan getting worse with every passing day. Predictably the country has fallen out of the news cycle & help is still urgently needed.
