Back with a new blend entitled 'SYRUP' - a melange of different sounds that I am into at the moment. From the smoky jazz, beats to the 4/4 house cuts, it's all about finding the sweet spots in between these various genres, and stitching them up. Hi there,

My name is 'SoulMetricSystem'

I began as a singer in a band but kicked out very soon, hahaha. But i came back!!!!! as a percussionist.
Since i was 17 years old I have played in different kind of bands, reggea, funk, fusion, jazz, dj's, etc. And different kind of places; clubs, festivals, student party's, etc.
For over 4 years now i'm trying to make music in my home studio.
The music i make is a blending of all those styles above. It's most of the time groovy, with nice rhythm patterns. Atleast i think so :-)
Most of the time the sounds i create are very different of each other. But that's what i like to do: making music i like and what's in my head at that moment of time!
