Black Light Disco exploded onto the MyHouse Radio airwaves with an early Easter Special to get you in the groove for the upcoming Chocolate Day!

Hosting the show this week from the observatory atop BLD Towers our resident Esteban was setting his telescope onto numerous disco constellations and heavenly funk bodies.

With this being a BLD Special, we welcome a real bonafide star of the scene to take on the guest duties for the second hour - the one, and the only Moodena! 

Where do you start with this guy’s CV? Moodena (aka Tim Burnett) is co-owner of the immense Tropical Disco Records as well as an über talented producer who rightly landed the coveted Number 1 spot for Traxsource artist of 2020. Also an in-demand remixer who has recently worked with the likes of The Sunburst Band and Dave Lee, extremely talented DJ - Moodena has it all in his bag of magic. And with all that talent comes a quality that’s equally as important - you couldn’t meet a more down to earth and decent chap. 

Moodena’s influence on the disco scene can’t be understated. His tracks ooze with high-end quality and the attention to detail in his music is second to none. BLD Towers has been a frothing atmosphere of expectation all week, and we are literally beside ourselves to land Moodena for his BLD debut. This is one not to be missed. Fixed penalties will be issued if you do.

Brooklyn-based producer, DJ, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and label-owner... and good pal. JKriv has been on our radar for a number of years, if not decades. Whether it be for strutting with the bass as part of his band, Escort. Or unearthing gems on the label Deep n Disco... and more recently on his imprint Razor n Tape, Jason has an ear for a groove. It was only a matter of time then before we collared him, and got him to serve up a slice...
