Cool laid back track, I like how it moves, rhythmically. The delicate break is really lovely.

Love the chonky bass riff—super cool and it drives the track. The swing gives it the right groove, and the transitions with those key changes are spot on. Not to mention the dimensional percussion design. Feels like a slightly sinister spy-thriller house jam, and it works.

It's a cool sound generally.  Well produced.  I find the main lead too detuned though - soz.

The bass is really cool, I really like the use  pauses in there.

I'm enjoying the sound design and feel of this very much.

piano chords are great - they make this section.

For this OSC Any Synth Challenge, I chose the PS-3300, a beautiful software emulation of a late 1970s analogue polyphonic synthesizer from KORG. Cherry Audio developed this soft synth. Every sound you hear was created using the PS-3300. I tried to create an overall sound that matches the capabilities of a studio production in 1978. This is in honour of this beautiful synthesizer and its creators.

Although OSC is currently celebrating its 200th anniversary, this track was created for the 198th challenge – a small tribute to the series that nevertheless captures the groove of the anniversary energy.

Each autumn, when the heather turned purple on the hills, the bagpipers came down from the highlands. At first, the village children heard only a faint drone, like the earth humming underfoot. They would freeze in their games, eyes wide, and scramble up into the oak trees to see better.

The sound grew, weaving and swelling, until it filled the valley like a storm of music—low drones rolling like thunder, sharp notes flashing like lightning. By the time the pipers emerged from the misted slopes, it was no longer a handful of men but an orchestra carried on the wind itself.

The villagers gathered in silence, listening. Year after year, the same mystery unfolded: a reminder that the mountains still breathed, and that the world above the clouds sent down its song to be heard.
