Public Display of Affection consists of Jonah Considine and Tam Tam, the core DJs, residents and organisers of Berlin soiree PDA, whose truly underground and headturning parties in the city act as a celebration of alternative dance culture. Optimo, Babyschon, Curses, John Loveless, Boys’ Shorts and our very own Erol Alkan are all artists who have guested at PDA, offering their take on PDA’s core sounds of disco, Italo, raw house and EBM sounds, a musical faultline that splinters out as far as London, Leeds, Brussels and Chicago.

Public Display of Affection’s own marathon DJ sets regularly keep dancers rooted to the floor well into the following afternoon, an unpredictable, energetic and generous style captured in Considine and Tam Tam’s collaborative mix for Phantasy’s long-running series, featuring favourites and propulsive obscurities from DJ Hell, Michael Prince and Zillas on Acid. As per PDA’s slogan, “it’s not for the faint hearted.”

As a dancer-turned-DJ, Lauren is always thinking about the dance floor, playing high-energy sets that are always FUN. She’s a true digger with a record collection that is consistently growing; in one night she could play anything from diva disco to classic house, Italo to funk rock, proto-house to freestyle, and just about any tune that makes people wanna get down.

Italian DJ, radio host, and curator based in Berlin, Luca Carluccio (aka Luca Elsi) is known for his ability to blend Italo, Disco, and House into sets that transform dancefloors into timeless sonic journeys.

Through ELSI, his project that functions both as a record label and party series, Luca celebrates and reinterprets the Italian sound within Berlin’s electronic scene, building a living bridge between his Mediterranean roots and the city’s vibrant international energy.

With years of experience in the music business, first as a booking agent and later as a licensing manager for the legendary DJ-Kicks series, Luca combines refined taste and deep musical knowledge with a forward-thinking, contemporary vision. The result is a constantly evolving sonic universe, where respect for nightlife history and the future meet on the dancefloor, driven by authentic rhythms and the pure essence of club culture.
