This song comes with a story.. 
The day after Neyam’s passing , while we were in tremendous shock, there was a ceremony in the valley by a group of friends. In the heights of that ceremony, one of the musicians suddenly felt ‘possessed’ by a tune and played it for the circle and those who knew Neyam in the rooms, felt the presence and voice of his spirit. 
A friend recorded it on their phone and brought us the tune the following day and we recognized him clearly in between the notes.. It has been playing in our house so many times this past 11 months so i decided to record it properly. Made connection and became friends with the musician, Oscar Jiménez and recorded it at his house.. Then came the words and i could feel his presence narrating them out of me. Bringing connection and comfort, letting the heart sing & cry. It was maybe the most challenging song of them all to complete, just because I’m so emotionally involved yet i pushed through, feeling the transcendence of the emotions, creating a bridge to the sky. I hope you feel it as well.
