I wrote the lyrics over the loop, then figured out some ideas for solos in between verses, and then got thru the whole thing live on the third take, and added the weird ending reverse part on a whim.  FUN!

Sound Poems is Geoff Goss's solo project that revolves around live looping.
The Setup is:
Drums: Sometimes FunkBox on the iPad, sometimes weird noises from the Mopho
Guitar: Godin Xtsa with the 13pin synth port going into a Roland G-20, which controls a David Smith Mopho.The Electric and Acoustic outputs on the Godin are fed into a Line 6 PODHD 500 for guitar amp modeling.
All these audio signals are then fed into a mixer, which is sent into a EH 2880 Super Looper, which is where the live looping and mixing of synth and guitar takes place.
