Following up his anthemic late-summer burner, Hope, Credit 00 returns to Pinkman to deliver the album Midnightlife Crisis. Hopping between genres whilst remaining resolutely coherent, the twelve-track LP is a showcase of the Rat Life boss’ many influences.

From the driving, mesmeric techno of Music Is A Spiritual Thing to the sci-fi electro on Bouncing Bell and Love Warrior’s downtempo, half-time shuffle, the collection of tracks is broad and varied yet simultaneously unified by belonging to the club.

Whether it’s warm-up material, peaktime rollers or afterhours sludge for tired legs and scrambled heads, there’s something for every scenario on Midnightlife Crisis.

And with recurring themes of melancholy and anxiety throughout, the album perhaps reflects that all too familiar period for every club enthusiast when the years are ticking by and the lights are coming on.

“I just hope there’s hope”, sings the voice on the album’s lead single, before reminding us that the dancefloor’s sweet release is often the best remedy to these negative thoughts - “I see you shaking on the floor, that gives me hope, gives me hope.”

Info: We are back in action and happy to share the snippets of our next release from Artem Lastname. Artem is no stranger to the label having previously released Priorities EP back in 2022. His fresh addition on FERMA’s catalogue, Less Chance EP brings a variety of tools for multiple dancefloor occasions. The release roster is topped up with Buzz Kill, head of Dionysian Mysteries, who delivers a faithful to his killer style remix along with berlin-based talent Parand with a unique and everchanging remix.

*PREMIERE* Artem Lastname - Dehydration

Our third vinyl release lands just before the close of the year and it is a special one. Petros Spatharos leads with a set of bangers distilling perfectly the sound of the label. Athens-based artist is widely known for his dark, immersive industrial sound, so yeah expect nothing less.

Side A starts with ”Datura”, layering heavy drums with dark reeses and syncopations - solid stuff. ”Xorkia” is an eyes-down track which will keep you in the zone with stellar percussion and atmosphere. ”Vultures” closes the first side with higher energy levels and more distinct breakbeat elements.

On Side B, Randstad remixes ”Datura” and pumps up the tempo to create a mind-bending industrial electro track with aggressive synths. Boris Barksdale wrap-ups the physical release by remixing ”Xorkia” and changing the core to techno while reworking percussion to create an industrial heavy-hitter track.

On top of this, ”Reformer” from Petros Spatharos has been added to the release as a digital bonus which you can download exclusively from our Bandcamp page.
