Anthony Rother links up with Detroit heavyweights Keith Tucker and DJ Di'jital for a deep exploration of psionic robot engineering and extrasensory electro styles.

Truly extending the work of Kraftwerk and others, Anthony, Keith and Lamont came to define electro in the late 90s and tirelessly continue to develop their sound to this day, culminating in the Robotics EP - a cold scan of the minds of future machines and their hypnotic influence.

Him and his label Nasty Enterprises are steering away from the myriad of edits and pop-samples to more a serious, darker sound that was already displayed in his early productions on labels such as Serious Trouble or Mothers Finest, but with a more focused sound design and a new found intensity and rawness.

Revshark is back on Mystictrax, delivering a new chapter in his evolving bass chronicles with «Simulacra». After his «Integrity» album and participation on «Code» compilation on a label, Slava release a stunning ambient EP on система | system label called «Loose Ends». But now he is back with a powerful breakbeat and basslines.

The album kicks off with «With Me», where floor-shaking low-end riff morph into AI-inspired lead vocal hooks, underscored by house-inflected chords and strings. This sets the stage for «Soul», tune that plunges listeners into a dystopian cyberpunk landscape with its breakbeats and echoing vocal samples. In «Holographic Glimpse», Revshark delves into his signature style of melodic, non-linear arrangements, featuring ethereal guitar lines and shoegazy chord progressions, all supported by a resonant sub-bass. The journey concludes with «Simulacra», a track brimming with mutated, morphing future bass sounds and a dark, immersive vibe.

Syrinx Music is pleased to welcome Midnight Totem amongst its catalogue. Persephone is her fourth release, following an album released on Tripalium Corp last year: over the course of twelve tracks and 42 minutes, Midnight Totem showcases her sound, taking cues from 90s-style IDM, electro, dark techno, ambient, breaks & more. These various influences are connected by Midnight Totem’s unique touch, lying on her taste for deep arpeggios, murky melodies and a punk approach to music production.
