"Exactly one year after his 2020 release entitled Dunklewissenschaft, DVS NME returns with a collection of new tracks that were produced between late 2020 and early 2021. This 25-track album is another obvious thematic tribute, only this time he chose to pay homage to the writing of the socialist revolutionary Karl Marx. Every song title is a nod to the German philosopher's economic and political theory. Even the album cover borrows directly from Marx, re-adapting the original cover of the 1848 pamphlet entitled 'The Communist Manifesto'.

This album, as with the last, relies heavily on the sounds of classic Electro machines like Mono/Poly, MS-20, SH-101, Jupiter-8, Juno-106, SH-2, System 100, Juno 60, JX-3P, TB-303, Polysix, TR-606, OB-8, TR-808, ARP Odyssey, as well as some contemporary additions to his studio like Hydrasynth, System 8, Novation Peak, Minilogue, SE-02, and Microkorg.

DVS NME is the man behind the weekly radio show/daily blog called 'Dark Science Electro' and has been a dedicated contributor for the Electro community for the last 11 years. He shares his love of Electro music by posting Electro-affiliated news, art, mixes, albums, memes, concerts, tracks, gear, and more. This album is available for $15 USD"

DJ Sickfuck is Leeza Shumova, Russian-American producer based in Moscow. She has released on FTP, Clandestine Records and Raw Russian and runs the Weird Nights tape label and event series dedicated to experimental music. She recently featured on Vol. 2 of the FILTH Cares Various Artists compilation series on Filth Inc.

This mix was recorded after Leeza’s return from playing at Russia’s most famous electronic music festival Signal. It features DJ Sickfuck’s softer music selections, appropriate for a come down from a rough weekend.

FILTH Invites: Episode 6 - DJ Sickfuck - The Come Down Mix

Hosting episode 15 we have Leipzig-based DJ & Producer @deejaydetox. 

DJ Detox has been producing for a number of years and we're sure many of you guys are aware of what DJ Detox is all about! You lot may know him from releasing on some of the scenes most consistant labels such as FTP, Raiders and more. 

In 2020 DJ Detox released a EP on Leipzig label "R.A.N.D. Muzik Recordings" where he put together 4 bass driven tracks showcasing his mastery of electro, techno & breaks. 

The mix he has concocted for us today is very different and refreshing, Detox has put together a real nice set for you guys this week. Delving into various styles and keeping the energy high throughout with seamless and lovely mixing.
