"The Death of the Ball Turret Gunner" is a poem by Randall Jarrell, about the death of a gunner in a Sperry ball turret on a World War II American bomber aircraft.

From my mother's sleep I fell into the State,
And I hunched in its belly till my wet fur froze.
Six miles from earth, loosed from its dream of life,
I woke to black flak and the nightmare fighters.
When I died they washed me out of the turret with a hose.

At Constitution Hall during your Back into Hell tour, there was a teenage boy in the third row who knew every word to every song, and screamed his head off the entire set.... during Bat, when his voice was starting to give out, you looked at him and laughed during the guitar solo.  Your thumbprint is on each of these songs, and therefore, they are all your fault.  This is less of a dedication, and more of an indictment.

Acid Rain

The Tijuana Cantina was a place where Everybody knew 
your name. Oh wait,  that was somewhere else. Seriously, it's a place where we all wanted to be and be seen. You never knew who you would meet. The Music was always Bumpin', the floor was always Thumpin' and the drinks were always cold.

Experimental music that ranges feral beyond human constraints. 

The music covers a lot of non-genres. Still, for background, there are multiple influences including Dark/Ambient, Psych, Doom, Drone, Noise Metal, Kosmische, and Romantic Era, with special nods to the bands Swans, Earth, Caspar Brotzman Massaker. Dystopian Inspirational for noble outlaws.

Electric guitar, bass, drum kit, lap steel slide and electrified dulcimers played with a violin bow, bodhrán, Peruvian triangle drum, snare drum, silver flute, double shepherd's flute, suling, jaw harp, pungi, khaen, melodica, harmonica, broken cymbal, double wind wand, recorder, boatswain's pipe, penny whistle, slide whistle, synth, voice, found objects, electric tennis racket...

The man in my logo is not me -- I photographed him and created the art. My name is Rosemary Bensko, and Sound Animal (SA) is my artist name. While most songs are just me, and I do all the sound design, when other contributors are involved, they become part of the band for those songs.
