BiG AL returns to his own Ready Mix imprint for label release number 266, an atmospheric Deep Organic House journey entitled 'Desert', presented with remixes by Evren Furtuna and Khaaron.

Lush, hypnotic and smooth, with just a dash of Middle Eastern spice, 'Desert' is a typically accomplished and assured production from the maestro BiG AL.

Evren Furtuna turns in an atmospherically stirring revision of 'Desert', adding tonnes of humanity, and a breakdown as breathtaking as a moonlit desert sky.

In Dole & Kom’s breezy and weightless tune Sweet Sorrow the border between a dancefloor dream and a movie fantasy blurs into a colourful mirage. The sweet melancholy of the singing, the hovering pad sounds, the subtle beat of the percussion, the seamless flow of the bass: All these elements combine into a tune that is immensely catchy in the most delicate and understated way. Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint presents the sixth installment of it's 'Correlation' series. Released in August of 2017, the inaugural edition featured a unique blend of untapped talent along with industry veterans, resulting in a cohesive fusion of artists from across the world. The label's borderless music policy was also well represented, showcasing a wide spectrum of electronica, from organic house to melodic house and deeper progressive grooves. Released in 2020, the label's third edition landed with resounding success, as the lead selection 'Kafka' by Ercos Blanka racked up over two and a half million Spotify plays across the year. In past editions, Sound Avenue has kept the track selection concise, with an average of just ten submissions making the final release. The continued growth of label affiliates 3rd Avenue, Crossfade Sounds, and Future Avenue have propelled the label's demo submissions exponentially across the last years. Add to that, a continually expanding music policy, and the 2023 edition of ‘Correlation' was finalized with fourteen selections. Added to the label's club-centric sounds are shades of electronica, dubbed out techno, and more, making the sixth installment of the series it's most far-reaching and satisfying to date.

Founded in 2011 by Belgian DJ and producer Madloch, Sound Avenue is an electronic music label that stands for quality and originality. Borderless in vision, the Belgian imprint has forged a path to multiple musical dimensions. Blurring the boundaries between house and techno, it’s a platform for anyone with an open mind and ears. Having built early momentum on a global scale, the label hosted events across Europe, North Amercia, Argentina and their home country of Belgium. These uniquely branded club nights featured some of the labels core artists (at the time) including Agustin Basulto, Beat Syndrome, Luis Junior, Matias Vila, Nicolas Rada and Sound Process. It set in motion what has been a unique course to musical freedom, pioneering various sonic blueprints over the course of eight years, while maintaining a strong bond  between its loyal and ever expanding fanbase.   

Originally intended to be a stand alone platform, as Sound Avenue experienced unprecedented growth its musical horizons expanded, eventually paving the way for two label subsidiaries in 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds. The former drew influence from Sound Avenue’s early beginnings, showcasing the best in melodic house while the latter dove into the realms of deeper, dubby house and laid back modern techno.   

Now over one hundred releases into their journey, Sound Avenue has continued to flourish through precision, care and well thought out A&R choices. It’s this attention to detail that has allowed the label to work with some of electronic music’s most esteemed artists, such as Budakid, Bachir Salloum & Zone+, Charles Webster, Cosmic Cowboys, Eelke Kleijn, Estroe, Facundo Mohrr, James Teej, Kurt Baggaley, Luis Junior, Martin Roth, Pablo Bolivar, Petar Dundov, PHCK, Powel, Santiago Garcia, Stelios Vassiloudis, Superlounge and Tim Engelhardt. 
 
Sound Avenue carefully curates each release to move their vision forward, building a close-knit family of scene veterans, while nurturing new talents such as Agustin Basulto, Giddyhead, Lucefora and Nicolas Rada. It’s this cohesive blend which has made the label bold, innovative and a standout in their field.
