In the past year, I have travelled through central America, visiting beautiful communities of free people engaging in acts of love, kindness and sharing - 
the culmination of which came in the form of ecstatic dance ceremonies, where every person found his or her way of self-expression through movement and free dance - free of judgment, selfies or unnecessary talk. 

I was fortunate and blessed to be able to provide the soundtrack for some of these ecstatic journeys.

This set incapsulates these magical moments, places and people as it starts to swim in the holy waters of the Gangas river in India, continues to swirl in the holy lands of the middle east, soars like an eagle above the Atlantic, and finally lands on the magical shores of lake Atitlan in Guatemala.

Mantra Tribe is a Berlin-based band, established in February 2016.
The essence is the connection of Sanskrit Mantras and Shamanic Tribal Trance. 
"ShaMANTRAnce" is our first CD, issued in June 2017. This music is a mixture of traditional Hindu Mantras (Bhajan and Kirtanstyle) and hot, tribal beats created with dynamic percussion and trancy, earthbound didgeridoo. You can find also elements of Reggae, Ska, Tango, Rock and Pop, as well as Sufistyle.
This music has developed from an Event "Mantra Tribe Chanting Party" that started in Autumn 2014 in Berlin.

My dear friend Mino Vergnaghi from Italy who is an astounding sound healer and I have come together on a sunny day in Bali where we both live since many years, sharing our love for mantras and sound. 

Our reverence for the Vedic culture, sacred mantras, sound and music has sparked this collaboration. 

Today I felt like sharing it so that you can enjoy it and receive Durga Devi's blessing. She gives strength, helps us to find courage and persistence to stay with difficult times. 

It was our first recording in Mino's friend music studio. Thank you to both of you for embellishing with your instruments this sacred chant. 

Gratitude to my revered teacher for passing on his passion for Vedic chanting. It has blessed my heart so profoundly, may it bless yours as well.
