KELTEK and Devin Wild are no strangers to sharing a studio with each other, with two collaborations “In My Mind” and the Scantraxx 15 Years OST “Fifteen” (together with Adrenalize and Villain) in their discography.
 
The pair have worked together once again on a thematic and enigmatic tune that will take you on a journey through the depths of the night. “Creature” embraces a mysterious atmosphere with cinematic sounds, stunning vocals done by Diandra Faye and the greatness of both KELTEK and Devin Wild’s skills.

When talking about the roots of House music it’s impossible to ignore the importance of US cities like Detroit, New York and Chicago, but these are not the only US cities to have spawned pioneering producers and DJs linked to the genre. Baltimore was the home of the Basement Boys who released a number of seminal records in the early days of House music. Chris Clayton was a valued member of the Basement Boys who since leaving the group has continued to carve out a career under his solo alias of Karizma and KaytroniK. Chris is now best known to many as Karizma, a veteran DJ with 25 years of experience behind the decks and whose technical ability is second to none. Not only as a member of Pete Tong’s hallowed Radio 1 Hall Of Fame, he’s also a popular Boiler Room guest who regularly flies the globe as a headline DJ. Also a producer with a varied sound that reflects his eclectic range of influences, Karizma’s music has appeared on many of the world best labels ranging from Hyperdub to Defected. Karizma’s next release due to hit stores on the 20th of February, is forthcoming on Marcel Vogel’s label Lumberjacks in Hell, and is a split EP with the label boss himself.

Melbourne’s Ojikae (RnB artist Matt Cicero) today debuts his stunning new single ‘EX‘. A discussion of lust and heartbreak, the track is self-dubbed “music for the soul” by the 20-year-old. 'EX' was conceived in one weekend and surrounds the teenager’s infatuation with a girl. His writing was fuelled by prescriptions dulling the pain of wisdom teeth and ultimately expresses another heightened ache.

Originally released as a demo called 'Existentiality' in 2017, it was reworked alongside Grammy award nominee Uno Stereo (Khalid, Maurice Moore, ILLY), who co-produced the new version of ‘EX’ that we see today.

Of the re-release, Ojikae says; 'Releasing EX properly is a huge step for me moving forward in my career. I’m now working with a great team who have helped me build my own studio and achieve my vision and EX is only a small representation of what’s to come.'
