The Alto Glockenspiel tuned percussion library features a small 25-key alto concert glockenspiel, a children’s toy glockenspiel and a wide selection of ambient and custom FX sound designed content created from the alto glockenspiel source recordings. We recorded the alto glockenspiel in close and far microphone positions, with 3 different articulation types (hard mallet, soft mallet, choked). Each articulation has several dynamic layers and plenty of round-robin variation to create a very dynamic and naturally playable virtual instrument.
