The Self is the archetype of the psychical totality or the wholeness. It is not identical with the ego but placed itself somehow above or in other words in the midst between ego-counsciousness and unconsciousness.

Sound Lobotomy is a procedure of frequencies designed to scramble the brain. James Emrick, the creator of SL, built this as a platform for expression and expansion bringing together people that enjoy heavy bass music , mind-scrambling immersive sounds, and dancing uncontrollably surrounded by beautiful creatures. At the same time, learning from each others perspectives and interpretations of values, and sharing yours, creating a soup of ideas brewed to produce the next evolution of our species.The point of this whole thing is to create collective effervescence and add perspective within a community of bassheads while curating a safe environment to experiment and expand. Only orgininal music is used in every set and is accompanied with familiar vocal chops and variations.
