Dawn chorus in NW London on May 1st, 2016: International Dawn Chorus Day. Time compressed from a couple of hours to six minutes.

During the dawn chorus recordings, one of our local blackbirds came for a morning snack. He warns all other birds in the area to keep away, lands on a plant-pot next to the microphone, has a feed from the bowl of raisins, hops on to a plant-holder, which rattles as he lands, and then flies away. A nice little sequence, I think.
