The Ep Invisible dream is a mixture of ethnic sounds and electronic ones. The use of the handpan in the first track is often used by the artist also in his live sets.

Lysa Chain is an Italian DJ and producer. After a
long journey of studies and experiences in the world of live shows as a singer and musician, she begun to play as a deejay in 2017 performing at the wish summer adventure festival under the alias of e-Lisa, together with international top artists such as Martin Garrix, Vinai, Deorro, Quintino and many others. Always passionate about electronic music and fascinated by live PA, she started her music evolution that brings her closer to techno and melodic techno sounds, so she decided to create a new alias in order to identify herself in the genre. Hence, Lysa Chain was born, a project that aims not only to release new unreleased tracks, but also to perform live, using analog instruments in their DJ sets, such as drum machines, synthesizers, controllers, wind instruments such as the flute or particular instruments like the handpan combined with melodically more refined
sounds in the world of electronics.

The EP has two songs escape with me and invisible dreams, the songs are full of energy and rhythm like an energy drink in a party of beats. Escape with me is more darky but full of party sounds and invisible dreams is plenty of strong beats. The perfect combo for having a girly party!

With 'Timeshift' we welcome back German maestro Heerhorst to the label with a brand new two tracker and a dazzling remix from WhoKnew. Heerhorst who has developed a universally loved unique style; consisting of dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly fit in any kind of club or festival. His releases have always received high acclaim - with support across the board from the who is who is in the world of electronic music. 

To open the release, Heerhorst drops the delightful 'Alright'. A track full of driving vibrancy, while the arrangement keeps you moving with the energy on offer. 'Alright' conveys a club edge with deep stimulated elements, capped off by Heerhorsts fantastic production skills. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. The groove and melodies are the key here, as this restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a warm glow and creating an air of sophistication. Dance-floor smashing beats from Heerhorst.

The sole remix of 'Alright' comes courtesy of WhoKnew, who are none other than Andy Godderis and John Johnson, who are both well-known for their accomplishments within the electronic music sphere. Their driving club touch up takes the energy levels up a notch, while increasing the melancholy with stripped back and expressive components. It's all about the groove, cool club vibes and the driving beats that are working their magic, while clever chords take the mind on a trip. An outstanding remix from WhoKnew who are set for some remarkable releases this year. 'Essential stuff'!

Last but not least Heerhorst drops another club monster in the shape of 'Timeshift' to close out the release. Filtered stabs and dynamic drums are the name of the game. Heerhorst navigates us into a drop full of excitement and suspense, all while keeping the energy up, allowing the driving melodic feel to shine thru over the many layers and textures to create a beautiful soundscape to round off this classy underground crowd pleaser. PRSM040 - ORTUS - ALERTA EP

Ortus is a talented producer from São Paulo that is constantly growing. His trajectory at Prisma began in 2020 when his song ‘Perla Nera’ was released on the annual compilation ‘Evolution’. In this release, we got to know a little about his studio and his creative process through the video he made for Prisma's 'Inside The Track' series.

Now, in 2022 Ortus is back at Prisma Techno with the 'Alerta' EP.  Containing four original tracks, it presents a hypnotic, dark and intergalactic atmosphere, marked by original and engaging vocals. The EP got important supporters, such as Richie Hawtin, who played the title track 'Alerta’ on New Year's Eve 2021, and Blancah played 'Way Out' at Time Warp Brazil 2022.

The world is going through a moment of great global alert, with pandemics, wars and climate change. All these catastrophes are alerts to activate our perception of reality, especially to make us more aware of the importance of taking care of the place we inhabit and mother nature. The time has come we must wake up to our internal conflicts and bring light to our actions in the world, with love, care and fraternity.

The title track 'Alerta’ is marked by intense rolling bass, heavenly melodies and a female vocal, which sounds like a radio transmission alerting us to the future that awaits us. As the track develops, psychedelic and metallic elements are added, helping to compose its interstellar atmosphere.

In 'Alone In The Crowd', the experience is compared to a meditative state, floating through space. This time a sweet and engaging female voice is combined with the powerful bass line, which grows throughout the track, until the arrival of the trippy break, highlighting the timbres and futuristic elements.

We continued with 'Underworld', giving the EP a more intimate tone. A steady, mysterious groove forms the basis for a playful melody, with layers of atmosphere perfectly blended into a sidereal orchestra.

We finish with 'Way Out', and we can say that it is a powerful track, marked by firm kicks and a very impactful drop. Here male and female voices are interspersed, along with sirens and Hitech elements, causing the impression is we are being sucked into a black hole.
