Armen Miran & Hraach bring the mystical sounds of their native country Armenia to the underground dance floor with their latest collaboration the "Inevitable EP".  Each song takes the dancer and listener to a far off distant land. We hear lush melodic deep house fused with gorgeous sounds of the santur and duduk, both traditional and classic Armenian instruments. "We wanted to spread the sacred sound of the instruments to whomever was unaware of  them until now, as it's a beautiful and meaningful part of our Armenian culture." 
For the remix we commissioned two more Armenian producers on the rise - Viken Arman & Goldcap. Fueling their unique sound with passion and pride for Armenia, the two collaborate here for the 1st time ever, and deliver us an epic 15 minute interpretation of "Inevitable Ending". The slow journey builds with intricate percussions, pausing midway to give the sacred duduk sound it's own 3 minute solo, then comes back in with a pulsating balearic groove driven by a delicate acid bass line. The drums and percussive elements harmoniously weave in and out with the duduk, elevating the listener into a peaceful hypnotic state.
 The artwork by Helia Jamali features a doorway rising up from the volcanic Ararat mountains, welcoming us into the mystical world of Armen Miran & Hraach's modern interpretation of ancient Armenian sounds.

As an artist you look around your surroundings to gain inspiration to  release your feelings into your specific art form. Over the last few months, there has been a lot of news about construction of an oil pipeline by an oil company near Standing Rock Sioux Reservation.  To honor future generations, the Oceti Sakowin are fighting the pipeline to protect the water, sacred places, and all living beings with peaceful protests. During peaceful protests of prayers and songs, the opposition turned ugly and started attacking protesters continuously. A ton of emotions ran threw us as we were reading about what was going on. Day in and day out through freezing temperatures the Oceti Sakowin continue to protest the construction of the pipeline. We stand with Standing Rock. With this song we tribute to the Sioux Tribes. All proceeds from this release will be donated for Standing Rock to help with their fight to protect.

 downtempo grooves and lit up by suggestive instruments. Like an unknown path, the EP begins clouded in mystery, guided by Alizarina’s winding clarinet. It gains its grounding with MiRET’s trippy analog synth swirls. Crisp percussions guide the way as the clarinet’s
 calls becomes familiar. The fog dissipates and the newfound path is clear. The horizon filled with MiRET’s enchanting grooves and Alizarina’s ethno-techno instrumentation is expanded and remixed with the help of fellow wanderers. From Sarkis Mikael’s deeper
touch to Timboletti’s bouncy interpretation, from Álvaro Suárez’s lively synth picking up the pace to Rafael Aragon’s delightful darkness, the creative crossroad is complete.

Dübelu and Marcelo Cura are no strangers to the game, with two different styles they have been creating a blend of emotional intensity.  They have been collaborating since late 2017, with their 1st ep together titled “Inner Dream” on Akbal Records then 2018 with their “Viaje del Corazon” Ep on Kindisch And now with Their Single “Acoran” out on the iconic Bar 25 label 

Story of Acoran : 

This track "Acoran" Made back in Miami well I should say finished this year in April with My brother Marcelo Cura He came for his South American / North American tour and I just got back from my European tour he stayed at my crib for 3 months and we destroyed a 5 track LP one of them being "Acoran" We are not Huge fans of separating musical works from Albums or LP's but how could we pass the chance to be on Bar 25? One the the most Iconic Labels and Venues in the world. I am sure you wouldn't either ;) The Name Acoran comes from the supreme God of the Canary Islands my dads birth place, we mustered up the idea when my father took Marcelo Cura Guelfenbein out on his Boat called the "Acoran" We believed it was very fitting due to the fact that It has this beautiful Flamenco guitar and my my pops is from Spain! and with that we bring you "Acoran" The Full album will be release on Kindisch next year, making that our 3rd album together. Enjoy!
