'Blending sounds of her native South Africa with deep tech-house beats, Bloem aims to elevate dancefloors around the world to a state of positive energy and movement.  She has released a number tracks on Sol Selectas, ABRACADABRA records, Motek, Warung Records.

We are happy to welcome Bloem on Akbal Music with her stunning EP of mystic tribal affairs. Into Bloom has two original tracks and three remixes. Filled with exotic elements, hypnotic vocal samples , tribal percussion and weird sounds this a must for some good afro vibes.
In the remix side we have 3 massive remixes by Niko Schwind, Derun and Anastasia, all wonderfull interpretations in different ways.

Derun remix is a more balearic version of the original, filled with groovie patterns and folkloric guitars combined to create a beautiful vibe on the dancefllor.

The second remix comes from Anstascia (ex Blond:ish member) ideally for a party banger situation with delicate drum patterns, juicy groove elements, hypnotic hooks and rolling adventure. Already tested during the summer in Ibiza.

Last but not least we have the Stil vor Talent legend Niko Schwind providing a dreamy story of Inbewu perfect for a sunrise in the desert full of emotional elements but with an edgy vision , we are so honored to welcome Niko to the family.

All around a lovely package full of positive uplifting mystic conscious music. We hope you enjoy this track as much as we do.'

@truecolorslabel hit double figures in style with a new EP that offers up three new cuts from @timur-sardarov. This artist is always searching out new sounds and grooves and brings ethnic influences and spiritual vibes to his productions on labels like Earthy Delights and Flying Circus.

Here he opens with the brilliantly dark and involving Full of Courage which has rolling drums that are warm and full of atmosphere, twinkling pads and searching synths. High Scheherazade then takes you on a trip into an intoxicating world of exotic synths and enacting leads that really cast their spell on you as the deep beats roll on and spine tingling vocal cries ring out. Last of all, Breaking Through The Fog is a tense cut with bold pianos layered over the rubbery drums.

This is a truly moving EP from this superb talent.

"Born in the dark streets of Cairo, grown to the unforgettable forests of Santa Esmeralda, spending its teen years in Bombay and Tangier markets, mature into the deep spacey Jungle of Ghana we proudly present you a new label from the land of the pyramids: SHANGO RECORDS invites you to an unheard world music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes, Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

Most of the big shore places were closed now and there were hardly any lights except the shadowy, moving glow of a ferryboat across the Sound. And as the moon rose higher the inessential houses began to melt away until gradually I became aware of the old island here that flowered once for Dutch sailors’ eyes—a fresh, green breast of the new world. Its vanished trees, the trees that had made way for his house, had once pandered in whispers to the last and greatest of all human dreams; for a transitory enchanted moment man must have held his breath in the presence of this continent, compelled into an aesthetic contemplation he neither understood nor desired, face to face for the last time in history with something commensurate to his capacity for wonder. And as I sat there brooding on the old, unknown world, I thought of his wonder when he first picked out the green light at the end of Daisy’s dock. He had come a long way to this blue lawn and his dream must have seemed so close that he could hardly fail to grasp it. He believed in the green light, the orgastic future that year by year recedes before us. It eluded us then, but that’s no matter—tomorrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther.... 

And one fine morning—— So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past. This is the first Shango Records single for 2020 and comes by BIGz & Soire with the help of Kiano & Below Bagkok. In traditional Chinese culture, qi or ch'i (simplified Chinese: 气; traditional Chinese: 氣; pinyin: qì About this soundqì) is believed to be a vital force forming part of any living entity. Qi translates as "air" and figuratively as "material energy", "life force", or "energy flow". 

Qi is the central underlying principle in Chinese traditional medicine and in Chinese martial arts. The practice of cultivating and balancing qi is called qigong. Believers of qi describe it as a vital energy, the flow of which must be balanced for health. Qi is a pseudoscientific, unverified concept, which has never been directly observed, and is unrelated to the concept of energy used in science (vital energy itself being an abandoned scientific notion).

It's time for Mynox and Vander to join forces again on their 'Petite Fleur' EP. Produced mostly during Vander's visits to Istanbul in 2019, 'Petite Fleur' and 'Cienlunares' explore dreamy and organic soundscapes. Both tracks seamlessly merge Vander's distinct grooves with the dreamy guitars of Mynox.

'Petite Fleur' blends deep and tribal grooves with atmospheric guitar sounds, travelling all around the sound field. The moog bassline growls gently underneath, supporting the rich harmonies with its soothing tone. We find ourselves floating in an ever-changing soundscape complemented by fluffy melodies.

'Cienlunares' ventures subtly into flamenco territory, making use of hopping rhythms that evoke the relentless energy of latin music. The longing melody of the guitar dances over a deep bassline and catchy percussions.

Staying true to his delicate melodic touch, Amsterdam-based producer Joep Mencke delivers a gorgeous cinematic rendition of 'Petite Fleur'. With this remix. The orchestration is moving and bright throughout the piece, showcasing Joep's sound design abilities.

Mexican-duo The Soul Brothers make their first appearance on Art Vibes with a minimalistic and dancefloor friendly rework of 'Cienlunares'.
