Olga Korol's exploration of sound began in Odessa in the early 2000s, where she developed an innate curiosity for musical patterns. Through local grunge and trip-hop scenes, she eventually found her way to electronic music and immersed herself in records, playing at major venues in Ukraine, including the renowned (but now sadly defunct) Kazantip festival.

Best known for her work at the Body Parts label, the platform has showcased music from an astutely chosen range of guests over the years. Now based in Berlin (where she’s been residing for the past eight years), Olga is renowned both for her eclectic and a DJ as well as her ability to pick the right tune at the right time. Never afraid to challenge her audience, she’s a most welcome guest for our Ukraine Series mix, and her mix rounds off the series with serious aplomb. ◉◉ Adrianho is a revered creator among the new generation romanian producers. Like many others, Adrianho's journey is fuelled with desire and a passion to express his feelings and emotions through his music, a journey which he embarked on back in 2003, having played all over the world since, from Moscow to Mexico, his passion for electronic music shines more than 20 years later. Born and raised in Romania, his fascination for sound paved a natural path towards his musical development and discovery and initially led him to play as a DJ in many countries around Europe. The broad variety of musical influences that characterise his background are translated into an eclectic spectrum of sonic vibrations, with his electrifying energy and fearless drive, welcomely perceived and loved by the dancefloor. 

Despite his recognised focus over the years being primarily minimal, his seamless dexterity behind the decks together with his knowledge and extensive understanding of music across a range of genres, deliver infinitely eclectic journeys through his sets, whether is's microhouse, deep-house or experimenting with a playful fusion of tech house and classic house, he always delivers, raising the vibrations every time. Recent years have seen Adrianho taking things to another level, amongst becoming part of the globally respected Tzinah family group, he also created his own platform, teaming up with his close friend Daylomar, who shares the same immesurable passion for house music, together launching Hibit Records, with the intention to create a platform from which to release their music, and of course, that of new and emerging talented artists, on vinyl only. The label to this day presents consistently stunning works representing pristinely their own individual style, and features an impressive list of renowned artist remix duties including Vern, Djosh, Arapu, Vid and more. 

Adrianho has also celebrated releases on a vast collective of impressive labels in addition to many of his own impressions on his Hibit Records/Hibit Black Outfit, including releases on Tzinah R	ecords, Cyclic Records, Abartik, Honne Music and more. After many years releasing an array of celebrated works, Adrianho continues to release on many respected labels with the same passion and fire he began with, with the perpetual drive to make people vibe with his vision and sound. This immensely gifted artist, despite his astonishingly calm nature and waro character, certainly holds and indestructible fire and magnetic energy for his art, it is this vibrance that is continously and genuinely transmitted through his work, both behind the decks, and behind the music.

On Logistic, he has co-produced the Blackstage album with John Thomas. His releases on Telegraph, 7th City, Karat or Perlon (with Ark as Copacabannark) have made him one of the most forward-thinking artists of the scene. He was part of the first live presentation of the Narod Niki project at Montreal’s MUTEK last installment, along with Dandy Jack, Dimbiman, Luciano, Daniel Bell, Richie Hawtin, Akufen and Ricardo Villalobos. ◆◆ "First of all, Romanian electronica is considered its own genre because of its very specific movements and ambient grooves which most other music doesn't have. No other genre of music that I've heard had such complex production methods where you can mix amazing bass grooves with minimalistic percussions/details, super organic sounds and elegant break-beat kicks which fit so perfectly together (and I've heard all from old school house to new deep techno and all in between). As far as Romania getting the title,it's mainly because they are the ones who took it to the next level,mind you this music is a form of micro-house/minimal that had been already in production for many years but on a very underground level - until Romania made it more popular (of course with the help of Ricardo Villalobos). The style of music really is something special,more intellectual in my opinion,because it takes a very trained ear to really understand it and enjoy it. For everyone whom is criticizing that it's only for druggies, this is very invalid information. Maybe the fact that it's so complex - it takes the average listener to take drugs in order to expand their mindset to listen and understand, but for those that get it, they do not need anything in order to enjoy such great abstract style of music." ◆◆
