This song is about my love for music bringing me to a better place in life. I was initially timid about recording the hook in this style where it's aggressive in nature and very energetic, but then I thought to myself "That's how I felt when I wrote it" and decided to share that emotion with the world. The song is different in the sense that it doesn't conform with the regular Hip-Hop template, the hook has rock elements with distorted vocals but then the vibe calms down quick for the verses allowing us to tell the story.

I am a Hip-Hop artist and mixing engineer based in Toronto, Canada.

I grew up in the Middle East, where I pursued an education in Music Production and Sound Design. 

In 2017, I arrived in Canada as a refugee. My love for contemporary urban music grew, and I formed a creative collective with 7 artists from different musical disciplines called ALL CAPS. In 2018, I released my debut album, Death of a Saint. And have been collaborating with local artists to create an inventory of singles that I’ll be releasing on a monthly basis this year.

I continue to draw inspiration from both classic and modern hip-hop to create my own sound and tell my story.
