Sounds pretty rough, being my first time using a contact mic, but this is quite literally a recording of the hard drive working on my computer as I start it up, go on google, do a random search, and then shut it down, ergo the Internet. Enjoy!

Fun With Wrappers

I was recently commissioned to create a soundscape of the Kentucky Derby. The client wanted to have the feeling of being at the event felt through the sounds of the horses and the cheers of the audience as well as the perspective of the horses coming around the track. That part was tricky because I don't have a surround setup which would have made it feel a little more realistic. All in all I'm happy about the way it came together and so was the client.
