This song was written by Elliott Smith and released in February of 1997 on the Album Either/Or. It's one of several tracks by Elliott used in the Movie Good Will Hunting. 

In this recording I wanted to push for minimal studio influence and put down solo guitar and vocals. In Elliott's track, there's some lovely electric guitar, doubled vocals, and harmony which sound excellent, but will be missing here.
