There are phases in healing, and some are unpleasant. I'm finding as my anxiety goes down, and my self image slightly improves, and maybe due to the season, I am feeling grief and anger. Grief for what was lost or taken, and anger at those who were responsible. The saddest thing is projecting theses emotions on people who love and support us. It amplifies the grief and turns the angry inwards on ourselves. It's best not to deny grief and anger, but process them and move on. There is hope (I hope).

Some fine tunes this week, nothing to mean or sad, just a nice blend of tracks, I hope you enjoy them!
