I used to be crazy about Dragonball Z. At the time, Cartoon Network (in NL) used Silence (from Delerium) in their announcements that you would need to be in front of your TV at 4:30. The track's vocals (by Sarah Mclachlan by the way) have been stuck in my head ever since. The record itself i didn't really like that much, but those vocals..... My god.. 
So when I recently heard @thomas-gaarthuis playing his remix of Rui Da Silva's Touch Me, I instantly got triggered... Why the fuck not?!
And then suddenly my Silence remix came out today on @trndmusik

Today we have @filmus with a stunning remix of a Greek electronic classic, "To Kyma".

‘’Το κύμα’’ (To Kyma) or “The wave” was a track produced by the famous Greek composer and lyricist Konstantino Vita (K.Bhta) and released in 2002 (belongs in the music album: “Gia sena me agapi”). 

"To Kyma" was a well-known staple in the in the electronic genre in Greece at the time and Filmus just gave it a modern twist!

Artist bio:
Filmus is a music producer/ dj influenced by various electronic music scenes or wider art spaces. His artistic project tries to activate the feeling of relaxation through a musical journey while the rhythm of percussions gives the impetus for dance of body and soul.

In 2021 released his first official organic house/ downtempo track and since then he continues to create in a wider spectrum of electronic music area.

DJ Zombi has been travelling this planet, the world of electronic dance music, and all the exotic dimensions that extend between those two. The output of his synthesisers and rhythm machines sounds just as well- travelled as the Isreali producer himself. French Toast kicks off on a tribalist-percussive groove, floating on the warm buoyancy of a house bassline. Then a dreamy melody spreads through the wide-open stereo space, with delicate notions of Trance shimmering along its streamlined texture. The remix remains close to the balmy, subtropical emotions of French Toast, but expressed through the organically rolling vibes of @mollonobass.
