Guest Mix Vol. 128 (Diverse Pressure) All Vinyl Halftime/Footwork Session

This was a fun Twitch sesh with the LLL chat crew. My boy @metapattern raided in early on after his epic first stream from his newly set up home studio. I eased into things with some deep and melodic jazzy lead-in tunes before moving on to some energetic and rolling feelgood fare. Dipped down to a darker vibe for some machine soul at the end of the first hour. Brought the energy up in the 2nd hour for a bit of a rolling  tech party vibe before dropping back down into soulful territory at the end. Overall I was pleased with the arc of the set; might have flubbed a couple of mixes where the energy didn't quite match from track to track, but perhaps I'm being too self-critical(as always). I really enjoyed my time on the stream. Big up to the homies coming thru with all the bits and channel subs. Your continued support def keeps me engaged. Re:Circulation is a new mix series which will feature older tunes that either never made it onto a Body&Soul mix, or classics that did but I want to revisit and revive them by mixing them with different tracks, and also there will be a few new tunes (mostly when none of the tunes in my library will fit!). Circulation was the first Body&Soul mix, so the title seemed fitting lol. I have a good bit of tunes that just didn't fit in (it's the land of misfit tunes!) and kind of got left on the backburner, but they're great tunes, so they aren't "rejects" lol. FYI! Enjoy the mix.
