Since I was going out of town I decided to move the show to Friday 07/22. Most of the LLL gang still showed up to hang in the chat and let loose after the work week. It was pretty lively and an awesome time. I started things of with some almost meditative deep atmospheric rollers and gradually built up energy into some big room synth stuff. Not usually what I play, but it felt right for this day. Quickly moved into tech territory and dropped some big rollers in the 2nd hour before cooling down with more soulful fare at the end.

We're excited to welcome Tally G of Boomslang Recordings back to the series with this 36 track bangin' session. Grab your scuba gear as she takes us on a deep dive into the dark side of Drum and Bass. Selecting for the listeners some sinister and techy tunes, peppered with classic hip hop samples for good measure, then we get to engage in some serious bad girl bidness, closing out the mix with delicious drumwork, showing off a handful of top notch jungle tunes she's got on deck.

Tally G (El Paso, TX) has been behind the decks off and on for 20 years.  While her roots began in progressive house and breaks, her heart is in drum and bass.  She is known for weaving dark and dirty beats through a multitude of sub-genres in any given set.  She holds residencies with Boomslang Recordings (#USDNB), Proper Chicago, The Distinguished (CO), Syncopation (AZ), and THC Kru (#USDNB).  Tally G is a founding member, on the board of directors, and a resident DJ with fundraising organization Siren Project.  She has played all over the western United States, Florida, and Tennessee.  She is relocating to Denver in early 2023.
