Put together another installment of the Loungin' series for you guys and gals earlier this week, features some dope new tunes and a classic or two, starts off with a couple tracks from Con-Figure's excellent new EP 'The Jazz Cafe' as well as a tune off the homie Kipsy's new EP and several off of Sevin's new release as well, all three are excellent pieces, go ahead and cop those if you haven't already. Pretty happy with the session, it's jazzy and soulful, quick mixing and let a handful of 'em breathe as well, plenty of momentum and flow. Welcome back SSS fam and welcome to another journey of sound. Coming on the heels of Bennit's massive, hard hitting session from last week, I've got a new one for you to close us out this weekend. 

Spacewalk features a diverse selection, ranging from liquid and rollers, with a touch of soul grabbing vocal samples to throwback tunes, a bit of hip-hop and carefully chosen ambient joints to add some flavor as we come to a smooth landing through deep cuts of atmospheric jungle and drum and bass, finishing it off with some earthy electronica, all put together with a spacey vibe as the backdrop to the journey as a whole. 

A wide range of sound, filled with tunes from some of my favorite labels and producers, the kind of creative session I most enjoy. Hope you dig it, let us know what you think in the comments and give a like and share if you're feelin' the mix.

Codename: RCRDS welcomes another label newcomer with Berlin's No_Name, who delivers a phenomenally inventive take on Jungle and Hardcore for a memorable first release on the label.

The rolling 'Fully Dysfunctional' opens the EP, switching effortlessly between ravey stabs and intricately edited drumwork before giving way to 'Lowest State Of Consciousness', where footwork jungle comes to the fore with pounding kicks and deep atmospherics. 'A Thousand Ways To Ruin Your Day' does quite the opposite, a rolling stepper full of deep bass and meticulously edited synth interplay, fully designing to screw up faces all over dancefloors. The EP closes with 'One Of Them', where dreamy 80's synths give way to introspective glitched choppage of the highest order.

A truly label stunning debut from an artist we look forward to featuring more of in the future.
