I am happy to share the first track in 2024 build with a brand new setup. For me its a complete new universe of design and create sound with this setup. Its mostly modular build. Its a powerfull tool and i love it to twidle the knobs until the ghost in the machine apears and talk to you. Invicible Void is the first one i shared with you. In a world where technological and industrial progress has brought us such a level of comfort and security that our mind could be free, yet individuals seem to be increasingly subject to fatigue, social pressure and overwork.

Between information saturation and time-consuming entertainment, humans increasingly resemble a race of zombies who have lost control of their lives. It can even be said that many individuals no longer even know who and what they really are.

Growth, profit, belonging or consumption often lead individuals into a silo where inertia, lack of knowledge and lack of understanding are the main causes of their decline. 

The over-medicalisation of society is a further example of this inertia. Antidepressants, anxiolytics and analgesics perpetuate the illusion of this biased and unnatural societal model. When we think that meditation and self-cultivation fill our minds with peace and serenity, the instantaneous artifices that are proposed to us are only a distorting lens that takes us further away from who we are.

Partly hailing from the deep Swedish Scanian woods, and partly from the concrete of Malmö, Alex and Magnus have been part of the electronic scene as a slew of different monikers during the years (Bam Spacey, Inom etc.). Alex, coming from a drummer background, and Magnus, mainly a producer and synth addict, decided to form Köttets Lustar in 2020, after having come together for countless mostly improvised sessions. Köttets Lustar turned out as a project flirting with acid, industrial and ambient, coming together in a no-nonsense fashion. This is music made for dancing in darkness.
