Established in 1996, out of a necessity for Total Science ( Q-Project & Spinback ) to have their own imprint & identity in which to not only showcase their own ever increasing catalogue of music but also for likeminded artists the dynamic duo respected & inspired. C.I.A now stands tall amongst it's peers with it's own defined yet ever-evolving sound, C.I.A & its subsidiaries are still plotting a strong & steady course for 2011 & beyond.

My journey started back in the Breakbeat Hardcore days of 1992 at the age of 19. I was lucky enough to attend some legendary events & venues such as AWOL @ Paradise Club, Innersense @ Lazerdrome, Elevation @ Club DaDa, Vision @ Popham Airfield and various Exodus Warehouse Raves in and around the Dunstable/Luton area. 

Bought my first set of MK2 1210’s in 1993 and started sending mix tapes out to as many promoters as I could around 95. This paved the way to many sets at some legendary events & venues including a residency at Equinox @ Milwaukees, a residency at Pure Science @ Atomics Maidstone, Desire @ The Island Ilford and One Nation @ The Rhythm Station. 

In 1996 I also won Eternity Magazine’s Breaking New Talent competition for best Jungle DJ entry under my first DJ name Windrush.

I set up my first music studio in 2000 and in 2005 was offered the opportunity to remix/rework Noise Factory’s 92 classic - Breakage #4 (I Bring You The Future). This turned out to be a great success and saw support from LTJ Bukem, Fabio, Doc Scott, Marcus Intalex, Bailey, DJ Lee, D Bridge, Madcap and many others.

Fast forward to 2024, and I have a new remix of Noise Factory’s - Breakage #4 which has so far been getting support from Bailey, Outrage, Madcap, DJ Lee and Influence Records.

2025 and beyond will see more new music which will mostly be collabs with my partner and fellow Kane FM resident DJ Tina Zanetti.
