On one of my pilgrimages to Peru, I was meditating at a sacred site when all of a sudden a well of emotion and energy moved through my body. This was followed by a vision of a guardian spirit that lived deep within the mountain. The next thing I knew, I was singing this melody, and as I sang it, I received an energetic transmission through my body.

The guardian showed me, that they were the keeper of the memories, from a very long time ago, from a time when humans lived in relationship with the cosmos, from a time when they understood how to cultivate their connection with the unseen benevolent forces in the universe. 

This spirit shared with me, that I was being given this gift and that it would help to awaken the memories in my heart as I sang the chant. They also shared with me, that it would also help others to awaken their hearts as well. 

This was a lot for me to digest. And, it’s difficult to put into words how profound an experience like this is. It was as if the melody was moving through my physiology, literally changing my cellular structure. 

For a long time, I did not share this with people because it felt so profoundly personal and like something I needed to protect. 
I've been singing this and carrying this in my heart for about 10 years now! It's ready to share. 

My hope is that it resonates with your heart. That you receive this transmission, and allow it to support you in remembering who you are at the most essential core of your humanity, a conscious being of light, animated by a force of unconditional love that is the ground of all living energy.
