The Tree of Life is the foundation of the Light beyond the light, infinitely greater than the Sun. In a consciousness energy state it is possible for the yogi (or in other states of higher energy vibration) to transform the ordinary bodymind into a conceptual Light Body Vehicle of Ascension.

In Yoga Mantra and the Sun Salutation, to name one of its practices, the yogi is connected into the life force manifested in nature. Maat or Maʽat is an ancient Egyptian concept of truth, balance, order, harmony, law, morality, and justice. Maat was also the goddess who personified these concepts, and regulated the stars, seasons, and the actions of mortals and the deities who had brought order from chaos, at the moment of creation. Her ideological opposite was injustice, chaos, violence or to do evil.

Yoga practices bring harmony to the inner world, and balance the inner and outer worlds. In Love and Light there is the Tree of Life, a resurrection of the pure, primal higher being, sattvic buddhi or True Self. The Sun Salute provides the input of Universal Energy into the bodymind, while simultaneously helps the yogi Surrender to All That Is - the Source of the Life Force.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones.
