I needed to understand what X was saying in order to add lyrics to a Genius page I made myself (https://genius.com/Jiggymane-backstroke-lyrics), so I put it on Sony Vegas 13 (I know, not the best way to remaster / mix a song, but this is the only way I know how) and I changed the pitch, put an EQ on it, and slowed the speed of the verse. I also made the bass a little less distorted.

Maybe the original's better than this one. Could be up to preference. Posting anyway.

According to Genius, “Ruff neck (snippet)” is a lost track and was supposedly the third track that XXXTENTACION released through his Soundcloud. The track was uploaded in October of 2013 and was deleted at a further date.

The track serves as a remix of MC Lyte’s June 1993 track, “Ruffneck”. According to people who have heard the song prior to its deletion, the track is very low-quality.
