Today we premiere a track from Naples DJ and producer Anfisa Letyago, as her 5 track 'Nisida' EP nears its release on NSDA Records later this week.

A career that started in 2010, Anfisa Letyago quickly gained the attention from international heavy hitters such as Carl Cox, Adam Beyer and Charlotte de Witte, who supported, played and released her productions.

Meeting with Carl Cox turned into one of her most career defining moments, as he became a huge supporter from the beginning, entrusting her with two releases on his own legendary Intec label. Fast forward a few years and Anfisa has gone from strength to strength - releasing with DJ Pierre, passing through Radioslave, Pan-Pot and Adam Beyer who invited her for a special release on Drumcode.

Today, she releases on NSDA Records and we are delighted to premiere the 3rd track from the release, entitled 'Not There'. This is a gritty low-end track that soars into a distorted vocal sample which cuts through the bass, bringing an element of melody to the track.

Four Four Premiere: Anfisa Letyago - Not There [NSDA Records]

‘Goa’, the first single from Joseph Capriati’s new album, lands on 24th July 2020.

Nine tracks deep into Metamorfosi’s twelve, the energy peaks with a fast-paced, deeply-emotional and hypnotic trip through ‘Goa’. An ascending synth lead casts transcendental beams of light, building pressure between the rhythmic constellations. Halfway is marked by a grand, uplifting breakdown which conjures feelings of hope for future moments on a dancefloor or at a festival.

In an album which seamlessly blends classic house, cinematic techno and more downtempo beats, ‘Goa’ stands out as pure DJ material. It is arranged to take you on a journey within and engineered to make you feel alive from your very core.

If Capriati’s message in Metamorfosi is more obvious on other tracks of the album, none deliver it more powerfully than ‘Goa’.

The three track EP is packed with edge and unique style, far from the mainstream. Malfunction delivers crushing low-end stomps, aggressive arp leads and vocals elegantly placed to excite the floor. "Sunyata" is a Sanskrit term which translates as "emptiness," "spaciousness" or "voidness;" a clear representation of the track. "Phat" spacious stabs and ground shaking kicks will move the dancefloor into third gear. At last, "Power To The People" is driven entirely by drums, and you can really feel the vibe & message, liberty for another peak time banger with a message.

The Malfunction EP truly captivates the core values of Atroxx. Pushing the boundaries of the norm, this work is far from cookie cutter.

BLOC12 sees the arrival of the hypnotic mantras of Emma Louise in Break My Illusion. 

Packed full of remixes, Emma Louise provides calm, confident, and mechanical vocals with a story symbolising nonreciprocal devotion to another. Including an instrumental version to boot, the rework offers raw, high energy techno. 

In no particular order, on the remix, from Stuttgart, Germany, Andre Keller delivers more memorable and melodic techno for The AudioBloc in his unique style, with a snappy hook and large acid stabs. From Utrecht, Netherlands, finding the time away from his live set-up, we are delighted to have Globurst join The Bloc with his take of animated, raw driving techno. With accolades as long as your arm and releases on labels such as Suara, Terminal M, and WATB. Moments in Time boss, Manchester-based Rudosa graces us with his pounding take. Lastly, from Turin, Italy, manager at Black Nemesis with his remix is we are pleased to have ICanc.

What Is The World is the brand new EP from Tommy Sunsets and next to his big two originals is a PsyTrain remix from Cotton Socks.

Opener What Is The World is built on heavy drums and has a rasping bassline that really brings the energy. The mood is dark and mysterious which keeps you locked throughout.

Extraction is a scintillating tune with bright synths lighting up the grooves above the drums. They drive home in sleek futurist fashion and vocals add to the hypnosis.

Last of all, What Is The World (Cotton Socks PsyTrain Mix) is a more twisted version with techno pulses and cosmic synths bringing brightness up top.
