Jirapah started as a recording experiment of Ken Jenie to translate his ideas into recording. Thanks to the support of his friends Jirapah extended its efforts into showcasing what has been recorded into live performance. Although Ken masterminds the music, the musicians involved currently are Mar Galo (synth), Januar Kristianto (drum), Nico Gozali (bass) and Yudhistira (guitar) bring their own talent, offering new dynamic to the songs.

Contributing members of society by day, indie pop-rock outfit by night - leading a dual life is the name of the game for Take Two. Formed in late 2012, the quintet have since performed at Chiang Mai Music Festival 2014, NOISE Singapore's 2013 showcase, the FEYST 2013 Indie Youth Festival in Kuala Lumpur, and have been featured twice at the Esplanade's "Esplanade Presents" series. They were also part of the roster for SGMUSO's first ever House Party, sharing the stage with notable contemporaries Charlie Lim, The Sam Willows, and Kevin Lester. 

Influenced by Brit Rock, Jazz, and Indie Pop (among others), Take Two bring to you their own blend of guitar-driven musical incarnations, full of crafty chord work and foot-stomping grooves. 

Currently working on their debut EP, the band are also participants with this year's Noise Music Mentorship program, with Saiful Idris (The Great Spy Experiment) as their mentor. They will be performing at Music Matters Live 2014 and the EcoPop 2014 in Spain later this year.

Pitch Feather is a Singapore-based indie band piloted by Chuan and Alberta - a husband-wife duo with a keen DIY spirit and eagerness for artistic collaboration. They play indie rock with elements of folk, baroque pop and metal.

The duo write, record and produce music from their little home studio. They sometimes invite friends over for music and coffee.

Their self-produced 12-track debut album "Mountains and Tides" was independently released on 28th October 2013.

Bryan’s musical journey started out in 1999 as a guitarist for Pixyl, an electronic rock band signed under Bakery Music (Modern Dog, Yokee Playboy, Groove Riders, Pause, etc…) In 2001, Sofa was formed with Pixyl bandmember Tonn, and the duo went on to create numerous pop hits for the Thai music market under Thailand’s juggernaut label Genie/Grammy Plc. Blu army’s songs are all in English and featured under Bryan’s indie team/label Missing-Link.

The Colleagues is an indiepop band formed in 2010 in Bandung, Indonesia. The band is composed of Icha on vocals, Alam on bass, Opie on guitars and Doni on Drum, together they want to make fresh, clean and easy-listening type of music, with a friendly indiepop aesthetic in mind. Taking cues from the tunes of The Sundays, Pure Saturday and The Cardigans, you know what to expect.

‘I Can Never Be’ is a bubbly-bouncy punch of jangling melodies chimed in with sweet female vocals- a fine companion for carefree days of summer. While the accompanying b-side, ‘Take It Easy’, trades for slower and gentler tunes, with added comforting melodic goodness. The song is a heartfelt reminder of the optimistic sides in life, which we sometimes seem to neglect- ‘Life is always simple and it will always be … just take it easy.

Tunas Bangsa Simphony, perhaps another epitome of Indonesian twee pop. The band’s music reflects the members love for the 70′s vintage indie-pop soundings  intermingled with some Indonesian old-school vibes. Upon listening, you will be  welcomed with sweet and melodic melodies, that go hand in hand with cheerful and lighthearted lyrics. In addition to the female-vocalist’s light and drifty  vocal, that move against the heartening summertime soundtrack mood.

Tunas Bangsa Simphony released their first mini album called ‘FEEL THIS’  back in 2003 and gradually rose into a flame after entering the ’L.A. Lights Indiefest Compilation Vol.2′ with a hit single ‘Love In Summer’. But it was’t until a release of their debut EP ‘Love Sizes’ in 2008, which has gained them a solid base in their home country.

SEA 019 : Tunas Bangsa Simphony - Indelible Hearts

Sharesprings was finally named in 2006. The band established the element of late 80 and early 90 music. With a simple structure indie pop concept combines in shoegazy style and a noisy atmosphere settings.

Sharesprings is generally classified a noise pop band in Jakarta. Formed (2006) with lineup consists of Billie (bass & vocals), Rusli (drums), Tyza (guitar & vocals), Ardhi (vocals & guitar) employing swirling, noisy guitars in an indie rock landscape from the late 80s. The band’s inspired by Yo La Tengo, Ride, The Legends, and Rocketship. 

In the beginning (2003), Ardhi relied on a dream pop band, Sasmita. Disbanded (2005), directly asked Tyza assisting him for a solo project. Later, they’re both teamed-up a band of Les Alison. One day, to complete performed they invited Rama (bass) and Rusli (drums).

Sharesprings was finally named in 2006. The band established the element of late 80 and early 90 music. With a simple structure indie pop concept combines in shoegazing style and a noisy atmosphere settings. Rama left the band who was quickly replaced by Billie.

Bridging the gap between the indie pop of Yo La Tengo and the noise twee of MBV’s early, Sharesprings intended a reputation by supporting with twee fusion for some songs. The track “Ceiling Blossom” was soon released in compilation “a College Plastic Wrap” that’s issued in campus.
