Maiú DJ has been collecting records and playing for over 20 years. He started out in his hometown of Glasgow before moving on to Berlin, where he founded his label and party series called Temporize @temporize_recs . 
The label, which is now 9 years old, releases leftfield electronic sounds on vinyl and cassette. 
As a DJ, Maiú is influenced by the classic sounds of house, techno, and disco, as well as more experimental styles which he explores on his monthly show on @radio_buena_vida

Elena Alaimo is a sound artist and creator of sonic experiences who explores the limitless possi-
bilities of electronic music. After studying fashion design in Milan, they moved to London, where

they discovered their passion for sound design and body art, founding the queer collective “The
Plastic Family”. Their musical style blends trance, dark wave, post-punk, breakbeat, hip-hop, and
dub, creating dynamic, psychedelic performances. Working with luxury brands allowed Elena
to move to Paris, where they honed their sound, gaining international recognition. In 2022, they
made their debut performance at Alte Münze in Berlin for Veronique Charlotte’s Gender Project.

Elena is also a resident DJ at Rough Radio, hosting the “Weird Space” program, and runs wushu-
STUDIO in Trapani, a creative space merging electronic music and contemporary art.
