Will there be differences in how Sans acts if you're on low LV neutral route or just don't kill that much?

Is this how the nuetral route ends, with just this battle, or are there other songs yet to be released, because I know confession route is getting songs soon. And if this is the final song for neutral how does it end.

is there any plans  for neutral ending? like we have almost all, except this one.
