With roots ingrained in disco, funk and soul, Tom Lilly aka Bustin’ Loose is the founder of London’s revered label and international event series, The Disco Express. Now based between London and New York City, the DJ/producer/designer has carved out a sound and aesthetic all his own—championed by the likes of Dimitri From Paris, Dave Lee, Late Nite Tuff Guy and more.
