DJ and producer Ehua smashes the next OK submission with a 100% production mix comprised mainly of unreleased and never-heard-before original music. Deep bass soaked textures, eratic yet seamless, this mix spans tempos and weaves fragments of techno, dancehall and experimental hip hop.

Italian-Ivorian producer and DJ Ehua has been making waves since the release of her 2018 debut EP, ‘Diplozoon’ on Femme Culture. She’s since remixed records for Ninja Tune, played at some of Europe’s most iconic festivals and recently started a residency at Rinse FM, where she explores the percussion-influenced realms of experimental techno each month.

Her most recent releases include ‘Clouds’ EP [3024], ‘Aquamarine’ via Nervous Horizon, an EP inspired by both the colour and motion of water, ‘Venom’, single part of Cutcross’s V/A CXT003 ‘With The Pulse’,

Away from club music, Ehua also retains a life-long interest in the arts and has composed various soundtracks for short and feature films, as well as for artistic performances. Ehua is part of GRIOT — a collective and influential online media hub based in Italy focusing on arts from Africa and its diaspora.

It feels like a lifetime ago now: 25th Jan, we had no idea what 2020 had in store for us all; Cleyra was finishing off his set of elegant, tripped out and slinky rnb-meets-Techno upstairs; Mehtola had sealed the brick in the dungeon with an extra varnish of "tuff", punching holes in the air with mean, broken, bass wrecking sluggers; it was time for the French lads to step up.

The Fusion Mes Couilles residents delivered three hours of a fuckin mental hammering of everything "ball breaking": hardcore, acid, techno, ghetto tech, trap, jungle and everything inbetween. Mean and fringe burning; people were pulling themselves up the the stairs, out the dungeon, needing a break, having no idea what just hit 'em!

Here is the final 1.5h of what was a really special set. Needless to say, you can hear everyone present, well and truly got loose.
