There are few artists quite like Shy, a Berlin-based, American-born producer publicly recognized under various monikers including Special Guest DJ, Caveman LSD, uon, and through his myriad collaborations. Geezer of 1000 facets Ben Bondy went buckwild on the farm. Child of Jersey. Person of glambience. Papi of maybe 47 music aliases, unified under the theme of “swag ass music”.

A veritable topic buffet. We gorged ourselves on nuanced horniness. We chugged gallons of fantasising about hanging out with Fred Again and Skrillex. We dislocated our jaws such that we could stuff down heaping fistfuls of Andre 3000’s flute origin story, followed swiftly by gluttonous quantities of indie sleaze melange, touring with Perfect Pussy pie, and vast quantities of being a hardcore kid on an indie label flambé.
