!Bang Elektronika started in 1986 as a solo project of Dave Rout to develop his electronic music wanderings. He recorded material off an on but most of his time was spent working on Techniques Berlin, a band which he started with Andreas Gregor in 1985. The first !BE release was the “Audio Beat Warfare” cassette on Bombshelter in 1989. For the second !BE tape, “The Rhythm Screams Electronic”, also released in 1989, Andreas contributed with some vocals. After these releases Dave was moving into more EBM / industrial sounds and wanted some harsh German vocals for the new tracks so he asked Andreas to sing on some of them and join permanently the project. Their first release as a duo was the cassette entitled “Aktivierung!” on Shadow Records in 1991. Next year two tracks from this tape were included on the “Metro Tekno” compilation CD by Silent Records and in 1993 the first full length CD was released on Germany’s Hyperium label. Time after, the project was put on hiatus with just some sporadic releases and a few shows, until 2011 when they did their first and only show in Berlin and release a compilation CD.

This year the band is celebrating their 35th anniversary releasing their dance floor stomper “Aktivierung” for the very first time on vinyl. This release includes, along the original version from 1991 and the b-side “Ich Bin So Ätzend!”, two new killer remixes crafted by Randolph & Mortimer and The Horrorist.

We are pleased to build a new bridge between Comodoro Rivadavia (ARG) and Madrid Sur (ESP).

Furatena are proud to reveal the outcome of a new collaboration between two of electro music's most remarkable spanish-speaking artists. Robert Cosmic and Saigg's "Superficial Information" is a unique and exciting hybrid of Electro and Techno sounds.

Opening track "Matdrid" enters a tunnel of lowpitched vocals, moving in a potent exercise of deftly manipulated acid lines. "Adglock" draws pulsating and noisy basslines across expansive, droning synth shots and 140bpm techno rhythms. "Ecaptcha" plunges deep into an electro sound splintered by binary bits and submerged vocal triggers that beckon a scheming melody.

On "Unglock" Roberto and Andrés lead with a thick bass, heavily shapeshifting tones and vocal hits with effects processing. The EP closes with "Translate", a hard-hitting electro track, steaming sonics and arpeggiated acidic bleeps, with a techno bassline diving in subterranean motions.

"Superficial Information" marks the full debut for both artists on Furatena.

XHIB formed during the 2020 lockdown out of the ashes of his former synth wave project “TRSPSSR”. His cryptically titled “Steel Shimmering Viper Squid” EP under the new XHIB moniker modulates between a loosely club oriented amalgamation of industrial and minimal wave influences laid out over hammering rhythms and scorched shrieks. XHIB is also one of the organizers and resident djs of the Berlin based AOP13 collective.

MOFS is a music producer, DJ, and visual artist from Costa Rica. His sonic explorations dive deep into the darker realms of electronic music, blending elements of Industrial Techno, EBM, Dark Ambient, and Cinematic soundscapes. With two studio albums, three EPs, and numerous appearances on international compilations, MOFS has carved a unique place in the experimental electronic scene of Latin America. His latest release, “Schwert”, is a powerful EP rooted in EBM, infused with influences from Goth Music, Techno Body Music (TBM), and Darkwave. The project features a standout collaboration with Argentine vocalist Lux Mala, whose haunting voice brings the track “Beautiful Sin” to life. The EP also includes three hard-hitting remixes, each offering a distinct reinterpretation of the original material. “Schwert” is released via Revolte Records, further cementing MOFS’s connection to the global avant-garde and dark electronic music circuit.
