About:
Vox Sinistra explores the synthesis of dark underground electronic sounds with retro and modern inspiration. In her work as a DJ, she has cultivated community in the genres of EBM and techno body music, industrial, New Beat, minimal and cold wave, forward-thinking electro and techno, and '80s synth music such as Italo disco, acid house, synth-pop, new wave and more. With a background in post-punk, no wave and related alternative and DIY punk movements, she combines sounds with rebellious spirit, nostalgic melodies, and avant-garde genre-mashing that stimulates bodies into movement for a cathartic and heavy dance music experience.


She is currently host of club night and label Strict Tempo, where she books an international selection of dark electronic artists, and has worked with artists including Xeno and Oaklander, Twin Tribes, Kris Baha, Ultra Sunn, Crystal Geometry, Bestial Mouths, Parade Ground, Statiqbloom, Curses, Aurat, Violet Poison, Filmmaker, Paradox Obscur, and many more. 

Vox is also known for her post-punk/'80s wave radio show Secret Meaning of Things at KHUH 104.9 FM since 2011, shortlisted for Best Music Show - Alternative in the 2018 Mixcloud Radio Awards. She has been featured in Mixcloud's 'One to Watch' series, and her mixes have landed at #1 in Mixcloud charts for over 20 different genres, including post-punk; industrial; rock; punk; world; alternative; new wave; synth-pop; EBM; acid; darkwave; coldwave; minimal wave; dark; goth; new beat; electroclash; electro-industrial; dark electro; Italo dance; Italo disco;  post-disco; hardcore techno and more. She is also a former music columnist for Seattle's Pulitzer Prize-winning alt weekly The Stranger from 2011-2019, and current contributing writer to Post-Punk.com. Around 2017, she was inspired to mix her underground '80s sounds with techno and electro, and is now focusing on making club sets for dark and dungeonesque dance floors.

Sledgehammer, the new release by Berlin-based XTR HUMAN, blends industrial EBM, rave, and hard techno into a sound of raw physicality and industrial power. Relentless rhythms, hammering beats, and metallic textures forge a brutal dancefloor weapon. This release turns pure aggression into kinetic muscle music – a soundtrack for dancing with iron in hand.
The release is accompanied by a video featuring Eddie Dark, who is summoned by XTR HUMAN to master the art of sledgehammer golf in the industrial wastelands of Berlin.

Zaatar returns with The Sound of Z, a four-track EP that captures her dark, high-impact vision of electronic music. At its core, the project explores her main artistic pursuit: blending EBM and post-punk aesthetics into club music—finding new ways to merge raw emotion with dancefloor energy.
The EP features two standout collaborations: hypnotic techno DJ VBK, and Kalyug Citizen, a former metal vocalist whose voice brings raw power to "We Tried". Zaatar also uses her own voice across the EP, adding spoken word, screams, and textured layers that deepen the atmosphere.
The Sound of Z is a fierce, personal statement—bridging underground influences and contemporary electronic production.

Steve Sibra is no newcomer to the French electronic music scene. Active since 1999, he has already released several albums and around forty EPs. 
Originally from Paris but now based in Montpellier in the south of France, Steve is a radio man. For many years, he hosted Laboratoire Sonore on Montpellier 91 FM, where he welcomed the cream of international artists to his show. 

Steve joined the Brique Rouge team in 2022 and, in just a few releases, has risen to become one of the core artists shaping the label's sound. He brings his inimitable touch of melancholic deep techno and melodic, cinematic soft house, sometimes infusing it with a strong electro influence and a few experimental touches. The quality of his productions having won over everyone who listened to them, it was only natural to (finally) offer an album that allows listeners to enter Steve's dancefloor universe.  

And what an album! With 21 tracks, it's more than an adventure, it's a huge sonic trip that draws you in from the very first track and takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions, vibrations, and sensations that doesn't let go until the very last track. It's a coherent universe, where every note is weighed for a minimalist approach to a melodious groove. 

Sometimes leaning towards “sunset music,” sometimes towards a slightly darker melancholy, Telepath Voodoo leaves no one indifferent, and each listen brings its own set of details and surprises.  So listen to it loud, listen to it on headphones, listen to it while dancing or meditating, but let yourself be carried away on this long journey that Steve Sibra offers you.  Undoubtedly one of the most important French House and Electronic artists of the moment.

Created in 1999 by David Duriez, the independent French label Brique Rouge continues to promote the electronic sound that David has always believed in and defended. Far from the formatting and excessive vulgarity of the current electronic scene, the label promotes an eclectic electronic sound that remains rooted in the underground and, above all, in a clubbing vibe.  In general, the artists on the team are given carte blanche, and it is above all the spirit that counts. The label does not seek success; it is a success. The success of being able to release music without compromise. With one release per week on platforms since 2020, the label (and its divisions RZ Muzik & Obliqu3) is seen as a key player in the French underground electronic scene due to its activism.
