Charles Pascal, better known as his stage name Charlie Beatz, is a Canadian born American record producer, rapper, and recording engineer from Staten Island, New York. In 2014, he made a name for himself by uploading instrumentals and getting a placement on Dave East's mixtape titled Black Rose. The song “Let It Go” caught the attention of legendary Grammy award winning artist Nas.
