Charles Pascal, better known as his stage name Charlie Beatz, is a Canadian born American record producer, rapper, and recording engineer from Staten Island, New York. In 2014, he made a name for himself by uploading instrumentals and getting a placement on Dave East's mixtape titled Black Rose. The song “Let It Go” caught the attention of legendary Grammy award winning artist Nas. Getting two more placements on Dave East & Scram Jones' “Straight Outta Harlem” on tracks “Baking Soda” & “Little Homies" (Gangsta), Charlie Beatz does not plan on slowing down.

Charlie has collaborated with various artists in the underground hip hop scene such as Whoisbravy, V Don, and Sauce Heist. He has also combined his talents with artists from his hometown such as Al Fresco, Hue Hef, Fes Taylor and much more. Coming out of Park Hill, Staten Island, which is also the stomping grounds of the infamous one and only Wu Tang Clan, Beatz understands the assignment! He is currently working with Al Fresco on upcoming projects and much more!
