We've witnessed Mia killing it this year with sets at Night Tales and Printworks going down an absolute treat, so we're buzzing to get her on board for STM 🔥 An up and comer in the Anjunadeep ranks, she's soon jetting off to Dubai with the iconic label, and with their tutelage we're sensing big things for Mia in the coming years! STM005 welcomes our second Anjuna DJ in as many weeks: LUIGI SAMBUY! The Italian producer and DJ has been making a big name for himself in the deep house scene, DJing and releasing music for the famous Anjunadeep since 2019. A particular favourite of ours is his track 'Partitioning II', which featured on our track of the day series in December 

We're very excited to be releasing the set that Luigi performed LIVE at Anjunadeep: On Rotation in December ⭐ It's possibly the perfect opening set, not that we're biased 😉 there's a lovely ambient opening, before building up to some beautiful groove-laden deep house. Notes on the mix:

"For this mix, I wanted to use some of the downtempo and ambient tunes that I love and usually don’t get to play out. Like most people, I use downtempo music to focus; for work, reading or relaxation, so I wanted to put something together that moves through different energies and textures and showcases some of the lighter music that I like. Did I also mix PLO Man into Madonna? Yes, yes I did 💅🏼"

Sourcing influences from 90s Tech, house, trance and breaks Aiden Francis' pure passion for underground electronic music radiates through his music and DJ sets. Effortlessly drifting between different sounds and aesthetics, Aiden has managed to break himself free from the constraints of genre so that his true creative prowess can be flexed in full. 

The lack of constraint overflows into Aiden's DJ sets, providing highly energetic experiences that flows through a unity of sounds, cultures and voices. This varied approach to DJing has found Aiden's name appear on high-quality events across the UK and Europe.
