<p>The boss is getting remixed by the cream of the Techno crop, while his original mix overflows with juicy sub-bass as it holds the claustrophobic vibe down. Cristian Varela is up first, and lightens things up with a two-step bassline and a percussion-led rhythm section. Dema takes it from there and treats us to a heads-down groover, complete with streamlined synths and tasty chord action. The Filterheadz remix seals the deal and their rendition boasts light tribal sensibilities as immense FX washes take control and busy drum edits keep the suspense level high.</p>

<p>The boys return to Phobiq with all guns blazing, and the title track stomps through the door with no mercy as monstrous, familiar chords touch down in style and cavernous effects provide the perfect backdrop for the hypnotic vocal. &#8220;Away From Here&#8221; opts for an even more streamlined approach as commanding synth stabs evolve and mutate, while distant diva snippets add to the thick atmosphere. Closing up, the Dub Mix of &#8220;Behind Closed Doors&#8221; serves as an alternate plan of action.</p>

Ana Tijoux
Ana Tijoux (born in 1977 in France, daughter of Chilean exiles) is one of the most influential voices in contemporary Latin American music. Her style blends hip hop, conscious rap, and Latin American roots, with lyrics charged with social critique, historical memory, and cultural affirmation. From her beginnings with the group Makiza to her solo career, she has built a body of work that fuses rhythm and poetry with strong political and human commitment.

“1997” is one of her most personal songs. In it, Tijoux returns to her intimate story, reflecting on childhood, displacement, and the scars of exile. With a melodic and confessional tone, the song connects the biographical with the universal, showing how music can be a space for healing, remembering, and resisting. Listening to it is stepping into the memory of an artist who understands creation as an act of identity and truth.
