Fred Inglez aka NGC 21 is a Brazilian Techno DJ, based in Berlin. He started his career in 2012, performing as the live producer of bass lines, beats and sfx of the electronic Duo Kowalski Electric Co. They played in many underground clubs in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, while NGC 21 organised some of these events as well.  In 2018 after making a summer tour in Europe, NGC 21 moved to Berlin where he established himself and the Resilience monthly event was created.  Fred released tracks on worldwide labels and he's now making his debut on Kaligo, with a powerful, hypnotic and raw EP, with dark ambiences, mixed together with trippy sounds.
