Manchmal stimmt die Diskografie eines Künstlers einfach nicht mit dessen Output überein. Bei Spacebox 720 zum Beispiel ist dies der Fall. Discogs spuckt eher wenig aus – aber diggt man ein wenig, kommt ein Haufen Sounds ans Tageslicht, die er kreiert hat. Sein Schaffen oszilliert irgendwo zwischen flächigen Ambientkonstruktionen mit einer auffällig akustischen Dreidimensionalität und sequenzierten, flüssigen Rhythmen, die gekonnt auf den Flächen dahingleiten. Spacebox 720 beehrt nun das Terrain, wo Lcp und Phrex wie immer den Rahmen gestalten.
